6. Payment Terms

• Services may be suspended for non-payment

7. Limitation of Liability

BeeITSmart's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Third-party actions or system failures
• Delays caused by factors beyond our control

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• Proprietary business information
• Technical specifications and methodologies
• Client data and project details
• Any information marked as confidential

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• Outstanding payments become immediately due
• Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely
• Work completed up to termination date is delivered
• Intellectual property rights are transferred as agreed

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where BeeITSmart is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
